The IT Business Analyst (BSA) will report directly to the Director of IT Business Services, supporting production issues and project initiatives from analysis to implementation, with a strong focus of identifying technical requirements arising from project requests or system activities. Responsibilities:
- Leadership in system analysis with a focus on the design and testing of document test cases and scripts ensuring solutions meet requirements through hands on automated and manual testing in the insurance arena.
